How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to info@erik-prayoga.com with:
Order number
Product name and model
Reason for return
Photos (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive RMA Number
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days. Please do not return items without an RMA.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in original packaging
Include the RMA number on the package

Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of returned items
Refund will be issued via the original payment method
Restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns (subject to manufacturer policy)
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded
If it costs more, you will be invoiced for the balance

Custom-manufactured or configured products
Software licenses (once activated)
Products with manufacturer-specific no-return policies
Consumable or perishable items (e.g., batteries, chemicals)
Warranty Returns
For products under manufacturer warranty:
We will assist in processing warranty claims
Products must be returned for inspection by the manufacturer
Repair, replacement, or credit will be provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms
