Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders received after 14:00 WIB may be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched

  • For backordered items, we will provide estimated availability dates and keep you informed


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:

    • Weight & Dimensions – Actual or volumetric weight

    • Destination – Domestic or international zones

    • Service Level – Standard, express, or dedicated logistics

  • Free Shipping – Available for orders above a certain value (please contact us for current threshold)

  • Quoted shipping costs are provided at the time of order confirmation

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  2. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items

  4. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacement or refund

For lost shipments, we will track and investigate, and replace items where possible.
