SPARKY is designed for cartons up to 5” × 5” × 5” and can be customized to match your exact carton style. SPARKY can build up to roughly 11,000 cartons per shift continuously. We’re also exploring add-ons like carton printing, quick-change tooling for different sizes, and even small box erection.

How It Works

• Step 1: Alignment Order Sparky and send IME customer box samples. RSP works with customer to lock in project timeline window.
• Step 2: Custom Engineering IME builds customer system specifically for product samples (need 100 samples) to ensure a perfect fit.
• Step 3: Certification & Training Join us (in-person or via video) to approve the system and get customer team trained.
• Step 4: Delivery & Support Sparky arrives! Launch it solo, with a remote video assist, or hire an IME pro for on-site installation.
